This is based on the ceremonial garments of the Minoan women of ancient
Crete. Since they loved color, I incorporated many vibrant colors into my skirt
layers. The bodice is open over the chest, and I have included an undershirt, as
I am certain they must have existed. The bodice and apron are hand embroidered,
as well as the hat.
